GARLIC CHIVES

Use chives by the handful, the way you would use parsley or cilantro. Chop them finely and add to salsa, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetable salads, or salad dressings. Try making a Malaysian style omelet or the delicious buttermilk chive dressing below for salads or as a dip. 

STORAGE: Store chives in an unopened bag in your fridge for several days. To keep it most fresh, wrap the bunch of chives in a dry paper towel before placing in the plastic bag.
